Maumee Assembly & Stamping current applications include a variety of processes and materials. There is 200,000 sq ft available space with utilities all over head, ready for drop. Our assembly department has experienced Control and Weld Engineers on staff to ensure success for launches or takeover projects.
Robotic Mig Weld
Current process uses hot stamp material and silicon bronze weld wire.
Robotic Spot Weld
Current material used includes hot stamp, galvanized, and cold rolled.
Projected Welding
Current production utilizing one shift, leaving two shifts of open capacity.
