History
Maumee Assembly and Stamping is a family-owned business. Stanley and Kathryn Chlebowski reopened the 800,000 SQ FT facility in 2009 creating Maumee Assembly and Stamping. The plant sits on 76 acres, where we are strategically located close by major highways, railways, and ports.
MAS has welcomed some new presses and upgraded the facility in the past few years. Starting in 2017, MAS improved the lighting, heating, and power rating. As of July 2021, 30% of power is produced by solar panels, covering approximately 250,000 SQ FT of the facilities rooftop.
Continuing in 2018 with the addition of a 660-ton transfer press and a 440-ton blanking press in 2019. MAS did not stop there. We added a 300-ton progress press in 2021 and a 1375-ton lead tandem press in 2022. Other additions were to the machine shop to include a 3-axis mill and wire EDM machine, allowing MAS to build its own tooling and components. MAS still has the ability to grow and expand.
